This new build was built adjoining an existing semi-detached property, creating a large, end-of-terrace, three-storey dwelling. Situated on a steep-banked hill, the designs required extensive earth retention. We provided careful structural calculations for all aspects of the build, along with comprehensive designs for its concrete retaining walls.
